Mail Order and Fax Order Instructions
1. Choose the product(s) that you wish to order by using the online ordering links
on the web pages. You will develop your mail order by using the same system as
you would if you were to send an "online order". See below for information about
the online shopping basket.
2. Use the online Shopping Basket to determine the total of your products (sub total).
3. You must Select a Shipping Option using the online shopping basket. The options
are USA, Canada and International. When you select the option, the charge will
be added to the product "subtotal" for an "order total". The "order total" is the
amount that you must send with your order.
4. After you select the shipping option click the "Continue" button. You will have
developed an order form which has your shipping information, order descriptions,
shipping option and order total.
5. Print this page and mail it to the address shown above along with your Money Order
payment. You may also pay by credit card by including the normal credit card
information with the order.

Product Guarantee, Return Policy and Procedure
It's real simple -- You have an unconditional, no-questions
asked, no-hassle 30-Day Return Guarantee Privilege from the date that the product
was delivered** to you for all Mega Products and 60-days for all Dalton McCrary Golf products.
** Date of delivery is based on the date shown at the USPS.Com
web site as being delivered. We attach a Delivery Confirmation tag on all packages.
If you wish to return a product, send an email request for a
RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) to
Customer Service. Include your customer
XID number in the email request. This number is located at the top of the email order
confirmation that you received after placing your order or at the top of the invoice
sent with the product. An XID Customer Number is assigned to all orders except mail
orders paid by Money Order.
After we research your order and verify that you actually purchased the product from
Truevantage.Com/Phoenix Marketing Group and that the return can actually be received by
Phoenix Marketing Group within the return period, PMG will email you a RMA number
(Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and instructions on How To Return the
Product. This information will be sent by email with an attachment.
Apply for the RMA number and return the product to us within the guarantee period and we
will refund the purchase price (not including shipping and handling charges).
Note: If you "refuse" the order that you requested we ship to
you when delivery is attempted and it is returned to Phoenix Marketing Group from the Post Office
"return to sender", you will be charged a Restocking Fee equal
to 15% of the order total billed to your credit card (product price plus shipping &
handling fee).
Note: Products must be returned by your postal service. UPS,
FedEx and other carriers will not deliver to the United States Postal Service BOX. To
avoid damage, returned products must be packaged in a similar manner as that in which
you received the product.

Note: It is recommended that you purchase the United States
Postal Service "Delivery Confirmation Service" so that you have a record of the return. If
there is a lost package or the return does not arrive, your only proof that you will have
that the product was returned and when it was received received by Phoenix Marketing Group.
Be sure to include with the returned product the printable
"email order confirmation" or the invoice that arrived with your product. If you do not
have the paperwork, please check your credit card statement to see if you actually
purchased the product from Phoenix Marketing Group. The credit card statement will show the name
Phoenix Marketing Group as the company that billed your credit card. If Phoenix Marketing Group did not
bill you, then we can not issue an RMA number or accept your return.

order from Truevantage.Com/Phoenix Marketing Group and we can not issue you an RMA number or accept your return.
Order Status
Contact us if you have any questions about the status of your
order. However, the majority of the time, your order will arrive in 7 business days.
We make every effort to ship products within 48-hours of receiving the order and in most
cases the product will take 3-5 business days in transit. Please do not contact us regarding your
order status unless you have not received your order in 10 days for USA destinations,
14 days for Canada, and 21 days for all other locations. We make every effort to contact
our customers if we know that an order will be delayed and will not arrive in a timely
Manner.

The Shopping Basket "CHECKOUT" Process resides on a Secure Server
for the protection of your private information and credit card information. You can see
that the Checkout Process is secure by viewing the URL location of your browser. The URL
will start with https://www.truevantage.com. The
https: indicates that you are on a secure server Online does not store your credit
card information so there is no security risk. No part of the information that you
submit with your online order is shared with third parties. Truevantage.Com and PMG does not use
your information for any reason other than processing and shipping your order.
When you add a product to your shopping cart, you can view the
contents of the shopping basket by clicking the "Basket Contents" link on the top header
of every web page. If the contents are not correct, you can edit the contents. Please
follow the red instructions on the top and bottom of each shopping basket page to avoid
errors. After you are sure the basket contents are correct, click the CHECKOUT link at
