Mega Memory is available in English, Spanish and French. All other products are available in English only.

The difference between Mega Memory and Advanced Mega Memory is like the difference between Secondary School and the University. You should not purchase the Advanced Mega Memory program if you have not mastered the Mega Memory program first. You can purchase the Memory Combination which includes both products.

You won't know for sure. However the products have been selling for years now. One out of 100 is not satisfied for some reason. You could be the (1). If so we have a satisfaction guarantee.

Trudeau Online has a "no questions asked" Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee policy. The refund policy is for the products only and does not include any shipping and handling charges. The Mega Products have a 30 day Return Time for North America and a 60 day return time for International Orders. The 60 day time for International orders includes shipping and transit time to you and back to the shipper. Dalton McCrary Golf Products have a 60 day return period for all shipping destinations. To return a product you must first send an email message to Customer Service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must include your name, shipping address, date of purchase and Customer Order ID Number. All the necessary information is included with the email order confirmation that is emailed to you after submitting the online order form and also on a copy of this order that is mailed along with the products. If you purchased from Truevantage.Com and are returning the product within the return period, we will email you the RMA number and an instruction sheet on How To Return A Product.

The contents are different for each program. Please refer to the product page where you will find a description of the contents.

NTSC and PAL are video standards. The video standard only refers to those products that include a video tape and is important only for the video tape not the audio tapes. For example, Mega Memory does not include a video tape so there is no need for a PAL or NTSC version of the program. Most countries in the world use the PAL video Standard. The exceptions would be North America, South America and Japan which use the NTSC video standard (there may be others).

North America, South America and Japan require the NTSC video standard. Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, India, Middle East, (to name a few) require the PAL video standard. If you are not sure, you can consult your local video rental store. Some Video Cassette Recorders/Players (VCRs) play multiple video formats.

If you order the wrong video standard, we usually recognize the mistake before the product is shipped. However, there is no guarantee. If you need PAL and you order NTSC, we will contact you first by email to collect the price difference since the PAL version is slightly more expensive than the NTSC version. If you order the PAL version and require the NTSC version, we will ship the NTSC version in its place.

The programs are not available in CD format. Please refer to the description of included items for each product shown on the product pages.

Yes you can pay by personal check if your checking account is with a bank located in the United States. Keep in mind that orders paid with any personal check are held until the check clears and the funds are confirmed deposited into our bank. Yes you can pay by Money Order. If you are located in the United States, you can send any type of US Money Order payable in US Dollars. If you are outside the United States you must send a Money Order payable in United States Dollars and to be paid by a United States Bank. Make all payments payable to Phoenix Marketing Group.

The transit time depends on which shipping & handling charge you choose and have paid for during the ordering process. Typically we ship orders within 48 hours of receiving the order. This is the order processing time. Then there is the transit time which is the time it takes after we deliver your package to the shipper. Below you will see the estimated times. There is no guarantee on the shipping times.
USA Standard is USPS Priority Mail and takes 3-4 days. Total time 4-7 business days.
USA Express is USPS Express Mail and takes 1-2 days. Total time is 2-5 business days.
Canadian Standard is USPS Air Parcel Post and takes 5-10 days. Total time is 6-12 business days.
Canadian Express is USPS Express Mail and takes 4-5 days. Total time is 5-7 business days.
International Standard (all countries outside North America) is USPS Air Parcel Post and takes 7-20 business days. Total time is 8-22 days. The typical time is 7-14 days.
International Express (all countries outside North America) is USPS Express Mail and takes 4-10 business days. The total time is 5-10 days.

We ship exclusively by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Your product will arrive through your local Postal Delivery Service.

In order to return a product to Truevantage.com/PMG, you must first contact Truevantage.Com/PMG by email at orders@tvsuccess.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must include your name, Customer XID number and date of purchase. All the requested information can be found on the email order confirmation you received when you ordered the product online.

Included with your RMA number will be an instruction sheet on How To Return A Product which includes the return address.

The delivery address for returning products may change so we provide the address for product returns at the same time we issue the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number required to return a product.

All returns must be shipped back by your local Postal Service so that the United States Postal Service returns the package to Truevantage. DO NOT return any merchandise by UPS, Federal Express or other carriers as they do not deliver to our Post Office Box.

Assuming you follow the RMA procedure, you can expect a refund 30 days after we receive the product. Otherwise, it could take longer than 30 days.
